FabricAir Returns to WindEnergy Hamburg 2026 with BorealisWind Ice Protection Technology
FabricAir will return to WindEnergy Hamburg for its newest edition, taking place September 22–25, 2026, at the Hamburg Exhibition Centre.
FabricAir will return to WindEnergy Hamburg for its newest edition, taking place September 22–25, 2026, at the Hamburg Exhibition Centre. There, FabricAir will present the BorealisWind Ice Protection System (IPS), designed to protect wind turbine blades from icing and help prevent the energy losses it causes.
Often called the wind industry’s global meeting place, WindEnergy Hamburg gathers around 1,600 exhibiting companies from 40 countries. Together, they draw more than 43,000 attendees from every corner of the sector. FabricAir has exhibited at previous editions and returns this year to reconnect with that global community.
Organized by Hamburg Messe und Congress with the Global Wind Energy Council and WindEurope as partners, the event covers onshore and offshore wind alongside energy storage and grid technologies. A new Energy Storage Area debuts in 2026, reflecting the industry’s growing focus on intelligent energy management.
Meet FabricAir at WindEnergy Hamburg
The company will welcome visitors at Booth A3.668, where it will showcase the BorealisWind Ice Protection System for cold climate wind farms. At the booth, wind farm owners, operators, and developers can meet with FabricAir’s experts to talk through their icing challenges.
FabricAir’s ice protection experts will be on-site to walk through real-world deployments and answer technical questions on how IPS reduces the energy losses caused by blade icing and helps maintain winter energy output across cold climate installations. Visitors can see how the technology helps cold climate wind farms stay reliable through the winter season, even under the toughest icing conditions.
FabricAir invites wind farm owners managing operations in cold regions to stop by Booth A3.668. There, they can learn how BorealisWind technology supports performance and safety for wind farms through the winter season.
